FAQ

  • How long does it normally take to get shirts? Our normal turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks. This includes getting artwork mocked up and sent to you, getting shirts ordered, and getting your order scheduled to print. If you need a faster turnaround time we do have an Express Department that takes care of those orders.
  • Do I need my own artwork? Absolutely not. We have a team of in-house artists that will help you with your design concept.
  • What is your minimum order? Our minimum order is 12 shirts. You can order less than 12 shirts but you should expect to pay screen charges
  • Can you ship my order? Yes! Just speak to your sales rep and they can get you a price quote on shipping!
  • Why do my shirts look crooked? Sometimes after printing our shirts tend to stick together. That’s because our printers use a spray that helps the shirt stick to the pallet while printing. This is done to prevent the shirt from slipping and causing the ink to smear across the shirt. First, pull the shirt apart on the inside and then shake it out. If it still looks like the shirt is crooked have someone try the shirt on. It is possible that the design of the shirt is playing a trick on your eyes. If the shirt is still looking crooked even when on a person, then please contact your sales rep so we can resolve the issue.
  • What determines the price of my shirt? Style of shirt. Quantity ordered. Number of ink colors and number of print locations
  • What file should I send my artwork in? Our preferred file types are .eps, .ai, or cdr. If you don’t have any of those a high resolution .jpeg or .pdf will work. We can most likely work with whatever you have.
  • Do you have stock ink colors? Yes. See Ink Colors tab at the bottom of this page for our stock options.
  •  What kind of products do you offer? Is it just tshirts? We offer much more than t-shirts. We offer hoodies, long sleeves, sweatshirts, pullovers, jackets, uniforms, hats and just about any other wearable you can think of. We also offer items like business cards, flyers, banners, and thousands of promotional products. Just ask your sales rep what you’re looking for and chances are we can help you.
  • Can you mix a custom ink color? What does it cost? Yes! It is an additional $25 fee to mix a custom ink color.
  • What is simulated process? Simulated process is where you simulate a four color (CMYK) print process by using four or more spot colors (different colors than CMYK) to give the illusion of an image being printed in a four color process. When printing on paper you often use a CMYK color process to recreate a full color image. The ink colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black are used where they blend together to recreate almost any color. Screen printing ink does not blend in the same way as inks used on paper products. This means using only CMYK ink colors while screen printing will not give the same result as on paper. By using four or more ink colors (often as many as eight or more) you can still print a full color image by printing colors that do not blend but essentially trick the eye to appear as though they are printed in a four color process
  • Can you put a rush on my order? Yes. We have an express department dedicated to expediting your order. If you think you’ve waited too long, think again.
